Job summary

MWH Constructors is seeking a Senior Proposal Coordinator to lead the development of proposals, SOQs, and related marketing content from kickoff to submission. The role orchestrates writers, editors, designers, and subject-matter experts to deliver compelling, compliant packages for complex construction projects in the Phoenix/Corona regions.

You will drive schedules, develop win themes, and maintain content libraries while ensuring high quality, accuracy, and timely delivery under tight

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience producing document layouts (50+ pages) and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office.
• A 4-year degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Power BI, etc.).
• Detail-oriented team player who can multitask and meet strict deadlines.
• Experience with print production (tabs, full-bleed pages, wrapped binders).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; adaptable to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of complex proposals, SOQs, and related materials from kickoff through submission.
• Coordinate writers, editors, designers, and subject matter experts to produce quality content.
• Develop, write, edit, and customize proposal content including executive summaries and approaches.
• Collaborate to develop win themes and client-focused messaging to strengthen competitiveness.
• Manage resumes, project descriptions, and boilerplate content; maintain libraries.
• Perform QA and ensure compliance with RFQ/RFP requirements and branding guidelines.
• Drive multiple pursuits with high quality and on-time delivery; support pursuit planning.
