Job summary

MWH Constructors is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to work onsite at our corporate office in Broomfield, CO. You will lead the proposal process, draft content, coordinate with Campaign Manager and subject matter experts, and mentor junior staff to produce compelling, compliant submittals.

The role requires 8–10 years of proposal management experience in engineering/construction, advanced MS Office and Adobe tools, and a proven track record of delivering timely, high-quality responses in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in a related field.
• 8–10 years leading proposal management and business development in engineering/construction or professional services.
• Proven success managing full proposal lifecycle from pre-positioning to submission/interview.
• Advanced MS Office skills and PMI/Adobe tools proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple pursuits with minimal oversight while ensuring quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal execution from kickoff through submission.
• Develop compelling written content and graphics for winning submittals.
• Collaborate with Campaign Manager, SMEs, BD, preconstruction, and construction teams.
• Mentor junior proposal staff and improve proposal processes and content libraries.
• Review copy for spelling, grammar, AP style, branding, and readability.
