Job summary

MWH Constructors is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead the proposal process from RFQ/RFP analysis through submission. This onsite role in Broomfield, CO partners with Campaign Manager and subject-matter experts to deliver compelling, compliant proposals.

You will mentor junior staff, ensure high-quality content, and drive continuous improvement of proposal processes and content libraries. A strong background in marketing and A/E/C is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit execution from kickoff through submission.
• Attend industry conferences and engagement events as needed.
• Coordinate development of deliverables calendars with Campaign Manager.
• Mentor junior proposal personnel and ensure high-quality, timely submissions.
• Develop compelling written content and graphics to meet submittal requirements.
