MWH Constructors, a leading water-focused general contractor, seeks a Senior Proposal Coordinator for our Phoenix, AZ or Corona, CA offices. You will lead the development of complex proposals, SOQs, and related marketing materials with a cross-functional team to meet client deadlines.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in proposal production, strong Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office skills, and a track record of managing multi-page documents under tight timelines.

Qualificações

• 5+ years producing multi-page proposals and marketing materials.
• 4-year degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask under deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Owns strategy, planning, development, and delivery of complex pursuits from kickoff through submission.
• Analyze RFQ/RFP/Q requests and develop schedules, outlines, and plans.
• Primary contact for assigned pursuits coordinating with technical staff and leadership.
• Lead kickoff meetings, reviews, and pursuit communications.
• Develop, write, edit, and customize proposal content and narratives.
• Collaborate on win themes, differentiators, and client-focused messaging.
• Manage resumes, project descriptions, boilerplate content, and qualifications materials.
• Conduct QA and compliance reviews for submissions.
• Manage multiple pursuits with high quality and timeliness.
• Support capture planning and opportunity research.
• Identify improvements to processes and content management systems.
• Support strategic business development initiatives as required.
