Job summary

Firestorm Labs in San Diego, CA seeks a Senior Proposal Manager to drive end-to-end proposal development, collaborating with product, engineering, capture and BD teams to deliver accurate, compelling content. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing or related field is required.
• 6+ years of experience as a Proposal Manager, preferably with DoW/Federal contracting exposure.
• Ability to synthesize technical information into clear, persuasive documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end proposal development with content schedules and compliance checks.
• Generate and edit documentation supporting proposal, capture, and BD efforts.
• Engage with SMEs and cross-functional teams to produce clear, compliant narratives.
• Support pricing narratives and ensure alignment with technical solutions and cost volumes.
• Improve proposal processes, templates, and content libraries for scalability.
