Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Palmdale, CA seeks a Pricing and Estimating Proposal Lead to compile cost, schedule, and technical inputs for compliant, competitive proposals under RFPs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape business cases and pricing strategies aligned with mission objectives.

The role emphasizes developing cost methodologies, supporting engagements, and mentoring junior analysts; you will lead estimating on proposals, perform financial modeling, and drive process

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
Experience using proposal estimating/pricing systems is required.
Familiarity with FAR/DFARS proposal requirements is essential.
Experience coordinating complex estimates with changing requirements is required.
Must be able to maintain a Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead pricing for proposals, compiling cost, schedule, and technical inputs.
Develop and mature cost methodologies and pricing strategies.
Guide and mentor junior Proposal Analysts.
Contribute to contract negotiations and should-cost reviews.
