Job summary

The Standard in Orlando, FL is seeking a skilled proposals professional to plan, organize and manage requests for proposals, RFPs, and RFIs across varying complexity and risk to win new business and retain current clients.

You will lead the proposal process in a fast-paced environment, coordinate with sales, marketing, legal, underwriting, actuary and other SMEs, and develop final materials that are compliant, persuasive and on time.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, required
• Experience: 3 - 5 years of related experience (preparing proposals, RFP's and RFI's)
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Salesforce, MS Excel and Adobe highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the proposal, RFP and RFI process in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
• Use strong leadership, organizational, issue resolution, interpersonal, and time management skills to foster collaboration between different business units.
• Respond to questions relating to our business and offered insurance products and services.
• Interact with sales staff, marketing, legal, underwriting, actuary and other SME in the creation of accurate, customer-facing material.
• Develop final presentation materials and proposal deliverables that are compliant, competitive, and compelling based on solicitation-specified requirements.
