Job summary

The Standard is seeking a Proposal Manager to plan, organize, and manage RFPs, RFIs and proposals for new business and client retention. You will lead cross-functional efforts, coordinating with sales, marketing, legal, underwriting, and SMEs to craft accurate, competitive materials.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of related experience, proficiency with SharePoint, Salesforce, Excel and Adobe, and a strong edge in leadership and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing proposals, RFPs and RFIs.
• Strong leadership, organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work with diverse business units and SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the proposal, RFP and RFI process in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
