Job summary

AXA XL is seeking a pricing actuary to join the North America Property pricing team in the Boston area. You will work with underwriters, actuaries and finance, supporting pricing model reviews and ensuring accurate profitability metrics.

You will develop technical premiums, provide management information, and help drive rate filings while expanding your pricing analytics and leadership capabilities within a global actuarial team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Actuarial Science or related field.
• Progress through actuarial exams toward iFoA or CAS.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with non-life pricing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with underwriters and actuaries on pricing models.
• Support pricing model validation, documentation, and updates.
• Prepare management information and communicate results.
• Assist in rate filings and pricing process improvements.
