Job summary

AXA XL is seeking an actuary to join the North America Property pricing team. You will work with underwriters and managers in NA and Europe on pricing models, reports, and profitability metrics.

You will support algorithm reviews, documentation, and rate filings as needed, reporting to a NA Property Pricing Team actuary. Qualified candidates have non-life pricing experience, actuarial exams in progress, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in pricing non-life insurance, preferably property pricing.
• Actuarial exams in progress (e.g., iFoA or CAS).
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with North American underwriters, management, and actuaries in NA and Europe as part of a global team.
• Understand how global programs are priced and booked; propose improvements to metrics.
• Support rating algorithm reviews, development, testing, and documentation.
