Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a General Manager (CRE) to oversee one or more national or local accounts, ensuring timely and accurate information for portfolio operations. The role involves coordinating with clients, assisting in budgeting, and guiding property management teams to maximize value.

The position requires 8+ years in real estate property management with supervisory experience, a CPM and/or RPA designation, and a real estate license.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in business or related discipline.
• 8+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• CPM and/or RPA comparable senior leadership experience.

Mansioni

• Provide leadership for markets and implement the business unit strategy.
• Manage client relationships and ensure proactive service.
• Prepare reports, budgets, and financial documents.
• Oversee cash flow and billing processes with Property Manager.
• Monitor performance benchmarks including occupancy, IRR, and cash flow.
• Coordinate projects with Construction Manager and Property Manager.
