Job summary

You will interface with clients and internal teams, lead budgeting, reports, property tax and insurance administration, and supervise staff to maintain high service standards. The role demands strong leadership and strategic financial oversight.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• CPM and/or RPA comparable leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for markets which are geographically or functionally distinct and implement business unit strategy.
• Develop and maintain communication and client relationship styles.
• Proactive customer service regarding account management.
• Coordinate reports, annual budgets, and client documents.
• Oversee budgeting, tax administration, insurance, and purchasing procedures.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure efficient use of funds.
• Staff development and succession planning.
• Inspect properties and conduct annual performance evaluations.
