Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a General Manager (CRE) to lead the Property Management team and oversee a significant portfolio. You will drive strategy, policy interpretation, and staff development while ensuring financial discipline and contractual compliance.

You will manage budgets, cash flow, and reporting, coordinate with Construction Manager on projects, and maintain strong relationships with owners, tenants, and vendors to ensure service excellence and regulatory adherence.

Qualificações

• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation preferred.
• Real estate license required or clearly pursued.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.

Responsabilidades

• Direct, coordinate, and oversee property management operations and staff.
• Provide leadership through policy development and program interpretation.
• Oversee budgets, invoices, and cash flow in coordination with Property Manager.
• Ensure timely reporting to owners and compliance with contracts.
• Maintain relationships with third‑party owners and vendors; resolve tenant relations issues.
