Responsibilities include market leadership, strategic communication, and end-to-end account management, with a focus on budgets, cash flow, and compliance across portfolios. Strong real estate and leadership experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business or related discipline.
• 8+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• CPM and/or RPA or comparable senior leadership experience.
• Real Estate License.
• Active involvement in industry organizations.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to monitor and anticipate trends in the industry.
• Demonstrate initiative with additional assignments and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for markets and implement business unit strategy.
• Develop and maintain client relationship and communication style.
• Demonstrate proactive customer service for account management.
• Communicate proactively when performance varies from expectations.
• Interact with tenants with Property Manager on issues.
• Prepare reports, budgets, and documents for clients and review variances.
• Oversee annual budgets and compliance with client approvals.
• Ensure property tax administration and insurance requirements.
• Oversee purchasing contracts and accounting requirements.
• Monitor cash flow and efficient use of funds with Property Manager.
