Job summary

Newmark Group in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Senior Property Operations Manager to lead the development and implementation of policies, procedures and programs for well‑managed buildings, tenant responsiveness, safety, and quality aligned with owner goals.

You will oversee budgeting, lease administration, vendor contracts, and on‑site staffing, with responsibility for three or more property portfolios, ensuring compliance, high service levels, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in property operations.
• Knowledge in leasing and construction management.
• Portfolio of three or more projects with direct reports.
• Real estate license required where work is performed.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of policies for property operations.
• Manage budgeting and monthly financial reporting.
• Oversee leasing coordination and owner communications.
• Direct on-site staffing plans and performance evaluations.
• Oversee vendor contracts, service levels, and compliance.
• Monitor safety programs and environmental health standards.
• Prepare lease abstracts and support financial analysis.
