Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years purchasing/procurement experience; hospitality/casino experience preferred.
• Familiarity with gaming regulations, procurement controls, and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level guest service while upholding Cedar Crossing culture.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with department, company policies, controls, and regulations.
• Lead end-to-end purchasing for multiple departments including Gaming Ops, F&B, Facilities, Surveillance, and Marketing.
• Issue, track, and approve purchase orders per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Source products and services at competitive prices without compromising quality.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for delivery discrepancies and returns.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.
