Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with at least 1 year of supervisory housekeeping experience.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including cleaning, buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing.
• Experience in custodial services and familiarity with commercial cleaning practices.

Responsibilities

• Provides next-level guest service to internal and external guests. Demonstrates the Cedar Crossing culture in all interactions with guests and co-workers.
• Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information in accordance with procedures and policies.
• Ensures compliance with department and company policies, procedures, and government regulations.
• Coordinates and supervises EVS staff, including training.
• Convinces compliance with health and safety regulations including OSHA standards.
• Conducts regular inspections to identify cleaning needs and addresses them promptly.
• Drives coordination with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintains communications with supervisor and reports relevant activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
