Job summary

Link Logistics Real Estate seeks a Senior Property Manager to ensure long-term occupancy and superior tenant service across assigned properties. You will supervise property management staff, oversee budgets and capital spending, and coordinate with leasing and development teams to drive performance.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in property management, strong budgeting and leadership skills, and experience with capital projects and vendor contracts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in property or building management with customer service focus.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to manage budgets and reporting.
• Experience with capital and tenant improvements.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Yardi strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact for tenants and manage move-in/out.
• Inspect and maintain building equipment and grounds.
• Oversee work orders and ensure 100% tenant satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts with outside contractors.
• Develop and manage annual property budgets and financials.
• Lead property management team and conduct performance reviews.
