Job summary

LPC is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead a portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties. You will coordinate marketing, operations, and financial activities while supervising other managers and acting as Owner Representative for client objectives.

You will prepare reports, budgets, and variance analyses, oversee leases and vendor contracts, and ensure tenant satisfaction. This is an in-office role requiring strong leadership and financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Real Estate License required where mandatory by local regulation. CPM or RPA professional designation or candidacy preferred.
• Experience with commercial office, retail, and industrial properties required.
• Working knowledge of leases, contracts, financial instruments, property taxes, and construction required.
• Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles; ability to forecast outcomes, prepare budgets with long‑term capital plans, deliver insightful variance reports, and make financial recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal and analytical skills; ability to lead the exchange of sensitive and complex information.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with property owners and serve as Owner Representative to ensure client objectives are met and reports are accurate.
• Manage team response to tenant needs and communicate an effective tenant care program to maximize retention.
• Prepare monthly reports and annual budgets for operating and capital expenses.
• Oversee lease administration, contract terms, expirations, covenants, and encumbrances.
• Proactively collect rent and report AR status with recommendations.
• Direct sourcing and procurement activities and manage vendor contracts.
• Supervise assigned team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure property inspections and authorize alterations, maintenance, and reconditioning.
• Document emergency plans, coordinate drills, and ensure resources are in place.
• Provide direction and mentoring to drive performance and client outcomes.
