CBRE in Seattle seeks a Senior Property Manager to lead all aspects of a complex portfolio of commercial, industrial or retail properties. You will oversee marketing, operations and financial activities for the client’s assets.

The role requires supervising staff, handling tenant relations, budgeting, rent collection and lease negotiations, with reporting to owners. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred with 5–8 years of experience; a Real Estate license is required where state rules demand it.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Real Estate license if state required.
• Commercial Real Estate Property Management experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve targets.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise staff; monitor training, conduct evaluations and mentor team.
• Respond to tenant needs; ensure services are provided in compliance with policies and contracts.
• Inspect property regularly; approve maintenance and supervise vendor services.
• Market and lease properties; qualify and show space; negotiate leases and renewals.
• Prepare and deliver reports to owners; manage budgets and explain variances.
• Collect rent and CAM charges; issue legal notices and coordinate actions as needed.
