Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day building operations and annual budgets.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including negotiations and compliance.
• Maintain tenant relationships and respond to service requests.
• Administer leases, rent collections, receivables, and payables.
• Produce financial and statistical reporting using accounting systems.
