Job summary

Adams Property Group seeks a senior property manager to lead our portfolio of commercial assets. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, tenant relationships, and strategic capital projects that enhance asset value.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in commercial property management, strong leadership, and proficiency with property management systems and financial reporting. Some travel may be required to support onsite operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Property Management, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in commercial property management.
• Proficiency with financial and property management software and tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, leadership skills with ability to solve problems and manage complex situations.
• Proven management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to property management teams to ensure operational excellence and strong tenant relationships.
• Identify and execute property improvement initiatives and capital projects in partnership with Leasing.
• Develop and oversee property budgets, forecasts and financial reporting; manage expense controls and revenue reporting.
• Cultivate tenant relationships, enforce lease terms, manage records and vendor performance.
