Job summary

Colliers International in San Jose, CA is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee all facets of property management for a client portfolio. You will lead a dynamic team, coordinate operations, finance, and admin activities, and strengthen relationships with tenants, owners and vendors.

You will guide staff, collaborate on strategic asset positioning, and contribute innovative ideas to add value for clients.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience managing retail commercial real estate.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field.
Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism with staff management experience.
Experience with real estate software such as YARDI, MRI, etc.
California Real Estate License required.
CPM and/or RPA certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage, lead and develop the property management staff in the market.
Develop and maintain relationships with property owner, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
Mentor and manage team to achieve organizational goals.
Establish and maintain strategic relations with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
Expand the business base through regular contact with key clients and prospects.
Anticipate challenges and respond proactively to daily operations.
Maintain and grow existing client relationships while expanding the client base.
