Job summary

You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and oversee multi-year capital projects, tenant improvements, and vendor relationships to deliver on client objectives. Strong financial acumen and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Experience managing Class A, high-rise office assets in a major metropolitan market is highly preferred.
• Ability to lead project management—from tenant construction to complex building projects—while maintaining strong vendor management.
• Ability to communicate sensitive information and motivate teams to meet targets.
• Strong leadership to drive operational targets across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; monitor training and development; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; set schedules and cross-train staff.
• Respond to high profile tenant needs and issues.
• Direct multi-year capital forecasting and the full project lifecycle; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage all third-party vendor relationships and SLAs; ensure contractual obligations and performance standards.
• Act as owner representative; prepare and deliver timely, accurate reports to property owners.
• Develop and control annual operating and capital budgets; forecast and report variances.
