Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Real estate license is required.
• Experience managing Class A high-rise assets in a major metro is preferred.
• Strong financial and operational acumen with capital forecasting experience.
• Ability to lead project management and vendor management with strict contractual standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and conduct evaluations.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities and schedules.
• Respond to high-profile tenant needs and issues.
• Direct multi-year capital forecasting and execute capital projects on time and on budget.
• Manage third-party vendor relationships and SLAs.
• Serve as owner representative and deliver timely reports to property owners.
• Develop and control annual operating and capital budgets with monthly variance analysis.
• Lead emergency recovery programs and prepare legal notices when needed.
