Lincoln Property Company in the United States is seeking an LPC Senior Property Manager to lead all aspects of a single asset or portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties. You will coordinate marketing, operations, and financial activities for clients and may supervise other managers.

This role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and lease administration skills, with proficiency in Yardi or MRI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Real Estate license required where mandatory by local regulation; CPM or RPA designation preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of financial terms; ability to forecast outcomes and prepare budgets.
• Strong written and verbal communication; leadership experience to empower teams.
• Experience with commercial office, retail, and industrial properties; leases and contracts knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Act as Owner Representative; prepare reports for client objectives.
• Lead tenant care programs to maximize retention.
• Prepare monthly operating and capital expense reports and annual budgets.
• Oversee lease administration; monitor expirations, covenants, and encumbrances.
• Proactively collect rent; report AR status to clients with recommendations.
• Direct sourcing and procurement; manage vendor contract compliance.
• Supervise assigned team and conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure property inspections and approve alterations and repairs.
• Document emergency response plans and conduct drills.
• Drive results through direction and performance management.
