Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead all aspects of a single asset or portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties in the United States. You will coordinate marketing, operations, and financial activities for one or more clients and may supervise other managers working on your asset or portfolio.

You will serve as the Owner Representative, prepare timely reports, and oversee leasing, budgeting, and tenant care programs to maximize client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Real Estate License required where mandatory by local regulation; CPM or RPA designation preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel; knowledge of Yardi or MRI and Kardin preferred; AP and CMMS proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with property owners and deliver reports.
• Manage tenant needs and maximize tenant retention across the asset/portfolio.
• Prepare monthly reports and annual operating and capital expenditure budgets.
• Oversee lease administration and report on expirations, covenants, and encumbrances.
• Collect rent and report AR status with action recommendations; prepare notices.
• Direct sourcing and procurement; manage vendor contract compliance.
• Supervise assigned team, recruit, train, and develop staff; conduct evaluations.
• Ensure property inspections and oversee alterations, maintenance, and reconditioning.
• Document emergency response plans and coordinate drills and training.
• Drive results through direction and performance management of direct reports.
