Job summary

Lincoln Property Company in Charlotte, NC seeks an LPC Senior Property Manager to lead all aspects of a single asset or portfolio, coordinating marketing, operations, and financial activities for clients. You may also supervise other managers working directly on your asset or managing other assets and portfolios.

You will supervise performance, manage lease administration, prepare budgets and monthly/annual reports, and ensure inspections and emergency plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Real Estate License required where mandated; CPM or RPA designation or candidacy preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of Yardi or MRI and Kardin preferred; AP and CMMS proficiency required.
• Experience with commercial office, retail, and industrial properties; working knowledge of leases, contracts, financial instruments, property taxes, and construction.
• Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles; ability to forecast outcomes, prepare budgets with long‑term capital plans, and deliver variance reports.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with property owners; prepare reports for clients.
• Manage tenant needs across the asset or portfolio and drive tenant retention.
• Prepare monthly reports and annual operating/ capital budgets.
• Oversee lease administration; monitor expirations, covenants, and encumbrances.
• Collect rent; report AR status with action recommendations; prepare notices.
• Direct sourcing and procurement; ensure vendor contract compliance.
• Supervise and develop assigned team; conduct evaluations and coaching.
• Ensure property inspections and approve maintenance/ alterations.
• Develop emergency response plans and coordinate drills.
• Drive results through direction and performance management.
