Job summary

Barrett & Stokely is seeking a full-time Property Manager for a Fort Wayne, IN property. You will oversee the resident lifecycle, address issues, manage the budget, leasing and marketing, and lead the onsite team.

Responsibilities include ensuring service quality, compliance with Fair Housing laws, coaching staff, coordinating repairs and renewals. Qualifications: 2 years in multi-family management, budgeting, MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience in multi-family management leadership or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws, leasing, rent collection and maintenance.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and develop operating budgets.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and property management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the resident lifecycle, address concerns and renewals.
• Manage the property's budget, leasing and marketing activities.
• Hire, train and supervise property staff, and provide coaching as needed.
• Ensure high level of service and compliance with laws including Fair Housing.
