Responsibilities include budgeting, leasing and marketing, staffing, and compliance with Fair Housing laws. A strong background in multifamily management and MS Office is required; driving and background check are standard.

Qualifications

• Two years in multi-family management leadership or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and property maintenance basics.
• Proficient with MS Office and property management software.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for the property and lifecycle of residents.
• Manage budget, leasing and marketing activities for the property.
• Hire, train, supervise, and coach staff; discipline when needed.
• Ensure top-tier service to residents and staff.
• Prepare and manage the comprehensive budget; ensure compliance.
