Barrett & Stokely Inc in Fort Wayne, IN seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations, schedule preventative tasks, and lead a team of technicians. You will ensure timely responses to customer requests, manage costs, and coordinate on-call coverage to handle emergencies.

Qualified candidates have at least 5 years in maintenance, 2 years in supervision, EPA certified, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Technical school, High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years' experience in maintenance or equivalent field.
• Minimum two (2) years' experience supervising others preferred.
• Must be EPA certified.
• CAMT and CPO certifications preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
• Valid driver's license preferred. Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check is required.
• Must be willing to work on an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall maintenance operations for the property.
• Schedule all preventative maintenance activities and ensure records are updated.
• Hire, train, motivate, supervise, evaluate, and provide disciplinary plans for staff.
• Provide excellent customer service by fulfilling maintenance requests.
• Respond to emergency service requests and property disasters appropriately.
• Ensure work orders are completed on time and vacants are ready within 5 days.
• Manage maintenance expense budget and stock parts timely.
