Job summary

Barrett & Stokely, a real estate investment and management firm, is seeking a Full Time Property Manager for our Indianapolis area property located in Oak Park, IN 46227. You will oversee all phases of the resident lifecycle, manage leasing and marketing, and lead the on-site team to deliver excellent service.

Ideal candidates have two years of multifamily management leadership experience, knowledge of Fair Housing laws, and strong budgeting and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience in multifamily management leadership.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and property management practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the resident lifecycle including addressing and resolving resident concerns.
• Manage the property's financial budget and all leasing and marketing activities.
• Hire, train, supervise, and coach property staff.
• Ensure staff provides high level of service to residents.
• Prepare and manage the property budget and ensure compliance with local ordinances and laws including Fair Housing.
• Conduct risk management and oversee renewal offers.
