Qualifications

• Five years of multi-family management leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and property management practices.
• Experience with rent collection, leasing, eviction procedures, and accounting principles.
• Familiarity with property management software and accounting systems.
• Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor or Certified Property Manager is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage properties and ensure compliance across assigned properties.
• Hire, train, supervise, coach, and discipline property staff.
• Prepare and manage annual property budgets and reports.
• Maintain owner relationships and communicate with residents.
• Analyze rent rolls, receivables/payables, and financial statements, and plan budgets.
