Job summary

Housing Trust Group (HTG) is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee all aspects of property management across assigned properties. The role includes maintenance oversight, budget planning, expense control, collections, and tenant relations, with a focus on financial objectives and adherence to contracts and safety programs.

The position is full-time with paid time off and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years tax credit property management experience.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws pertaining to property management and tenant rights.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA inspections weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
• Maintain building systems and supervise repairs.
• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple units, including 24/7 emergency response.
• Assist Leasing Representative to maintain high occupancy and tenant retention.
• Communicate effectively with tenants and review legal documents.
