Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee operations for multiple properties in the Shoreline, WA area. You will ensure efficient operations, oversee contracts, maintenance, lease administration, and monthly reporting while delivering a positive experience for residents, associates, and clients.

You will manage day-to-day property activities, drive leasing and marketing, maintain P&L, and mentor staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three plus years of experience in property management is required.
• Two years of direct management experience is required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com is preferred.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property or properties including resident satisfaction and retention, full resident lifecycle activities, property P&L, and property marketing.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview, provide corrective feedback, and hire.
• Lead and coach associates to achieve a shared vision and development.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Adhere to operations guidelines in the property management agreement.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with residents and corporate office on common area maintenance and landlord rules enforcement.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and publications; build networks.
