The role requires 2–3 years of property management experience, strong organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. A real estate license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in property management.
• One to two years of direct management experience.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations, resident satisfaction, and retention.
• Manage lease administration, rent collection, and delinquency control.
• Lead supplier contracts, maintenance, and monthly reporting.
• Recruit, interview, provide feedback, and hire staff.
• Implement marketing plans to attract and retain residents.
• Ensure compliance with property management guidelines and safety.
