Job summary

AGPM, LLC is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to oversee two adjacent communities, Silver and Crossings. The role requires LIHTC/Section 8 experience and strong proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office.

Bilingual English/Spanish communication is essential for resident relations and compliance. You will manage leasing, renewals, and certifications, supervise payroll, and ensure timely turnover, inspections, and filings while maintaining high resident satisfaction in a dynamic multifamily

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years as a Property Manager with LIHTC/Tax Credit experience.
• Oversee two adjacent properties: Silver and Crossings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of affordable housing programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee two properties next door to each other.
• Identify marketing opportunities and improve resident satisfaction.
• Monitor local market conditions and trends.
• Manage lease renewals and certifications.
• Oversee payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
• Coordinate work orders, inspections, and tenant communications.
• Maintain waiting list and approve/reject applications.
• Answer phones and digitize documents; generate notices.
