Job summary

Align Properties LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Property Manager in daily operations and ensure accurate financial reporting for rents and deposits. You will maintain community records, assist in leasing, and help implement marketing plans to maximize occupancy.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in affordable housing programs, and proficiency with YARDI and MS Office. Regular property walk-throughs and adherence to Fair Housing rules are expected.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related property management experience (preferred).
• LIHTC/ affordable housing knowledge preferred.
• Experience with YARDI and property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in managing the community operations.
• Process rent and deposits and maintain accurate ledgers and reconciliations.
• Update YARDI with memos, documents, and resident profiles in live time.
• Assist in leasing and marketing activities for the community.
• Perform regular property walks and upkeep activities.
