Job summary

Bozzuto, based in Miami, seeks a Property Manager to lead our community with Bozzuto pride and a passion for people and apartment living. You will drive sales, marketing and operations to achieve budgeted occupancy and retention, while managing the property's financial performance and reporting to clients.

You will cultivate relationships, maintain market intelligence, collaborate with marketing, and ensure top-tier guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Lease up experience preferred
• 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience in property management, hospitality or retail
• Strong leadership track record
• Impeccable client and customer relationship track record
• Revenue, budget and P&L management experience
• Proficiency with industry software (YARDI preferred)
• Strong financial skills with a basic knowledge of GAAP
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Sharp professional appearance

Responsibilities

• Leading by example and being a role model for Bozzuto's standards and culture
• Executing sales, marketing and operational activities to achieve occupancy and retention goals
• Managing the financial performance of the property
• Creating and delivering timely and accurate financial and operational reports to clients
• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with all constituents
• Maintaining expert level competitive marketplace intelligence
• Partnering with marketing to implement strategies
• Ensuring consistent guest satisfaction and strong reviews
• Working weekends one weekend per month with two days off during the week
• Inspiring professional growth and development of team members
• Rolling up sleeves and assisting team members as needed
