Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA) or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of supervisory work experience.
• Tax Credit Certified and Blended Occupancy Certified.
• Knowledge of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit and Project Based Vouchers.
• Ability to manage budgets, reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property operations and staff.
• Leasing, occupancy, and rent collection at local level.
• Guide HUD rules orientation for prospective tenants.
• Supervise staff, conduct meetings, and train personnel.
• Maintain records, reports, and regulatory documentation.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and tenant relations.
