Morgan Properties seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support daily property operations and deliver excellent service to residents and staff.

You will assist with delinquency follow-ups, leasing, move-ins, renewals, and vendor coordination while learning from the Property Manager. The role offers competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package, reflecting the company’s growth and commitment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2–3 years of related experience.
• Prior property management or sales/customer service managerial experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; travel between properties may be required.

Responsibilities

• Address delinquent accounts and assist in payments collection.
• Handle apartment rentals, move-ins, renewals, and deposits.
• Maintain resident records and process refunds.
• Support monthly reporting on renewals, rents, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with staff; assist the Property Manager and attend meetings.
