Qualifications

• 4+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Yardi Voyager and CRM platforms; Yardi Voyager and CRM Flex valued.
• Leadership skills with coaching and accountability.
• Proven ability to improve occupancy, reduce delinquency, increase retention, and meet financial goals.
• Understanding of property financials, budgeting, revenue management, and expense control.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; attention to detail.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations, including leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, and administrative functions.
• Drive occupancy, lease renewals, resident retention, and revenue growth while managing delinquency and expenses.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and lead on-site associates while maintaining accountability and operational excellence.
• Manage property budgets, financial reporting, variance analysis, and monthly performance objectives.
• Utilize Yardi and CRM systems to monitor leasing activity, prospect engagement, resident accounts, and team performance.
• Ensure timely apartment turns, preventative maintenance, service request completion, and overall property presentation.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing regulations, company policies, and applicable housing requirements.
