Job summary

Pegasus Residential in Marietta, GA is seeking a Property Manager to lead a multifamily team and deliver exceptional resident experiences. You will coach staff, oversee leasing, maintenance, and budgeting, and balance financial performance with service excellence.

Successful candidates will have at least three years of residential property management experience, strong supervisory skills, and a solid understanding of Fair Housing and regulatory requirements. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience as a residential property manager.
• Supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing.
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes: Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and use of property management and accounting software.
• A strong understanding of bottom-line and balancing income and expenses to ensure the best overall results
• Occasional travel required
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology strongly encouraged.
