Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking an experienced Property Manager for Enclave at Roswell to oversee daily operations, leasing, resident relations, and maintenance coordination.

You will drive occupancy, renewals, and revenue growth while managing delinquency, budgets, and reporting. Lead on-site teams, ensure property presentation, and uphold Fair Housing compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Proficient with Yardi Voyager and CRM Flex.
• Strong leadership with coaching and accountability.
• Track record in occupancy, delinquency reduction, and revenue goals.
• Strong finance knowledge: budgeting, revenue, expenses.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing regulations, company policies, and housing requirements.

Key Job Responsibilities

Oversee daily property operations, including leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, and administrative functions.

Drive occupancy, lease renewals, resident retention, and revenue growth while effectively managing delinquency and operating expenses.

Recruit, coach, develop, and lead on-site associates while maintaining accountability and operational excellence.

Manage property budgets, financial reporting, variance analysis, and monthly performance objectives.

Utilize Yardi and CRM systems to monitor leasing activity, prospect engagement, resident accounts, and team performance.

Ensure timely apartment turns, preventative maintenance, service request completion, and overall property presentation.

Maintain compliance with Fair Housing regulations, company policies, and applicable housing requirements.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 4+ years of multifamily property management experience.

Strong working knowledge of Yardi and CRM platforms required. Experience with Yardi Voyager and CRM Flex is especially valuable.

Demonstrated leadership skills with experience coaching, developing, and holding teams accountable.

Proven ability to improve occupancy, reduce delinquency, increase resident retention, and achieve financial goals.

Strong understanding of property financials, budgeting, revenue management, and expense control.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
