Pegasus Residential in Roswell is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily multifamily operations, drive occupancy, and lead on-site teams. You will manage budgets, use Yardi and CRM tools, and ensure compliant, high-quality resident experiences.

• Understanding of property financials, budgeting, revenue management, and expense control.

• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations, including leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, and administrative functions.
• Drive occupancy, lease renewals, resident retention, and revenue growth while managing delinquency and expenses.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and lead on-site associates while maintaining accountability and operational excellence.
• Manage property budgets, financial reporting, variance analysis, and monthly performance objectives.
• Utilize Yardi and CRM systems to monitor leasing activity, prospect engagement, resident accounts, and team performance.
• Ensure timely apartment turns, preventative maintenance, service request completion, and overall property presentation.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing regulations, company policies, and applicable housing requirements.
