Job summary

Gene B. Glick Company is seeking an experienced Property Manager for the Copper Gate community (128 units). The role oversees budgeting, marketing, maintenance supervision and administration, while directing on-site staff and vendor activities. You’ll ensure regulatory compliance and strive to hit occupancy targets.

Responsibilities include budget control, rent collection, and timely reporting. A strong candidate will lead a high-performing team and maintain a family-oriented workplace culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years managing residential or commercial facilities.
• Experience with PC-based word processing and spreadsheets.
• Able to travel for training and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage the operating budget to control expenses and meet financial objectives.
• Supervise rent collections and records; pursue delinquencies.
• Ensure move-outs with balance are collected or sent to collections.
• Develop and implement marketing strategy to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Train and develop staff; maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, IRS, and Fair Housing regulations.
