Formación

• Two+ years in commercial real estate, property operations, or portfolio coordination.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgets, and lease terms.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review monthly property reports, financial statements, leasing updates, and operations data.
• Assist with budget prep, expense tracking, and variance analysis.
• Maintain portfolio trackers for occupancy, lease expirations, receivables, and capital projects.
• Coordinate with leasing, property management, accounting, and legal teams to ensure accurate reports and system entries.
• Support bid analysis and summaries for management review.
