Job summary

The RMR Group is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the operations of a large commercial portfolio, ensuring adherence to established procedures and budgets. You will supervise staff, coordinate tenant services, and manage construction projects, contracts and energy use while maintaining strong tenant relationships.

Ideal candidates have real estate experience, relevant licenses, and proficiency in Yardi/Argus with Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or Accounting preferred
• Four to eight years’ experience in commercial real estate
• Broker’s License preferred; Salesperson's License required
• Strong proficiency with Yardi and Argus Enterprise, Excel and Windows applications
• Off-site duties with a personal vehicle; valid driver’s license required
• Security clearance may be required for some properties

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop written standard operating procedures for building operations
• Ensure mechanical/electrical system maintenance is performed
• Conduct Life Safety training and maintain records of testing and alarm activations
• Oversee tenant services per lease documents and manage tenant relations
• Oversee construction/tenant improvements and contracts; ensure documentation
• Implement energy management program and monitor utility usage
• Supervise, train and motivate building staff
• Interface with brokerage agent; assist lease renewals and expansions
• Organize lease/vendor/project files; maintain orderly records
