Job summary

The RMR Group LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a large portfolio, including building operations, tenant relations and financial management. You will coordinate construction, supervise staff and work with brokers to renew leases and control costs.

Candidates should have a real estate background, strong communication, and supervisory experience, with proficiency in Yardi/Argus and Excel. A valid driver's license is required for off-site duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or Accounting.
• 4–8 years' experience in commercial real estate.
• RPA or CPM designations a plus.
• Broker's License preferred. Salesperson's License required.
• Strong proficiency with Property Management/Accounting Software (Yardi, Argus Enterprise), Excel and Windows applications.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Will be required to perform off site duties with a personal vehicle.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage building operations and develop SOPs.
• Oversee tenant services and lease renewals/expansions.
• Coordinate construction/tenant improvements and documentation.
• Manage contracts/vendors and energy management program.
• Supervise building staff and ensure risk management guidelines.
• Interface with brokerage agent and area director for tenant relations.
• Maintain orderly lease, vendor and project files.
