Job summary

LPC is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead a single asset or portfolio of commercial properties in the United States. You will coordinate marketing, operations, and financial activities for clients, while directing leases, reports, and budgets.

In-office role based in Washington, DC, you will supervise a property management team, ensure compliance, drive rent collection, and deliver timely variance analyses and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of experience and education may be considered.
• Real Estate License required where mandated by local regulations; CPM or RPA preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel; Yardi or MRI and Kardin knowledge preferred; AP and CMMS proficiency required.
• Experience with commercial office, retail, and industrial properties; knowledge of leases, contracts, financial instruments, property taxes, and construction.
• Strong financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; leadership potential and teamwork.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Act as owner representative; prepare reports to meet client objectives.
• Oversee tenant needs; ensure prompt problem resolution by staff.
• Prepare monthly operating and capital expenditure budgets and reports.
• Oversee lease administration; approve lease setups and changes.
• Pursue rent collection and AR reporting with client action recommendations.
• Lead sourcing and procurement; analyze bids and manage vendor contracts.
• Supervise and develop assigned team; manage hiring and training.
• Ensure property inspections and approve maintenance/renovations.
• Drive results through direction and performance management.
